30-Day Return & Refund Policy
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items are eligible for return if they arrive damaged, are defective, or if you receive the wrong item. Products should be unused and returned in their original packaging whenever reasonably possible.
To request a return, please contact customerservice@sctselct.online and provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions and the applicable return address. Please do not return products without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, GERVASO INC will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer service team. Once an order has shipped, it must follow our return process.
